RFE isssued for my case. On 10th May I may hear the details from my attorney.

ND 11/15/02
FP1 .. 01/20/02
1st EAD expired in Dec'03
2nd Ead expires in Oct'04
EAD renewal for 3rd time applied.

how come you had to renew your EAD for the 3rd time?

i also got it

I also received RFE, as updated on the website - but still waiting to receive in the mail. Wondering if lawyer will get it or I will get it at my home addr? What is your RFE for - employment? :confused:
 
Did you get RFE before or after they receive 3rd EAD application?

My RD is quite close to yours. So hopefully Nov'02 files are finally being touched. Btw, did you get your 2nd FP ???

1st RFE = 5/2004 (online only - haven't received in mail).

I have opened a new thread :Dec-2002 RFE Issued,
I should have used this thread.

I filed for my 485 after the 140 was thru. Looking at the latest Update from murthy.com, it looks like they are now starting to proccess basing on the I-140 RD, atleast looking at my case it sounds like it, My RD for I-140 is in May-2002.

Can you please verify your I-140 receipt Date?

Not sure about about processing based on I140 RD

I'm not sure about the INS processing based on I140 RD. My RD was 5/10/02 (AD 08/14/02). My I485 RD was 11/18/02. EB-1.

... and still no love. Not even a peep from Nebraska.

I hope they are indeed looking at 140 RD. Mine is late June. Looking forward to hearing anything from them.

3rd EAD filed on 19th April. RFE issued 5th May

lawyer asked me to keep ready


1. 2003 tax returns,
2. Payslips from jan2004 Till date.....

so far those items he asked me
