Wrong date on mu husband's card We received the card yesterday, the resident date for him is since Nov, 1999 which is the priority date, I called 800 CS and lawyer, and they said we need to file I-90 to local CIS to replace the card without any charge. I post the thread with the wrong card...

We received the plastic card today, but my husband's card had the wrong date, resident since Nov, 1999,(March, 2004 is the correct). We have had the passports stamped, we are going to travel aboard in May, doed he need correct the card now? and How? THX!

#69 My case was approved by officer 69 after 15 days of the RFE ACK by CIS. I noticed he (or she) approved cases within 8-15 days after the RFE was ACK. by CIS, your AD will be come very soon!
