RFE issued by Off:69 on Feb 19th
RFE Receivde : Feb 26th
Rfe Ack: March 12th.
Rfe About employment letter - w2-tax...

very frustrated ????
AD:??????
does any one still waiting for RFE approval since 3 weeks???

My case was approved by officer 69 after 15 days of the RFE ACK by CIS. I noticed he (or she) approved cases within 8-15 days after the RFE was ACK. by CIS, your AD will be come very soon!

did you called for 2nd finger printing or they sent it since it's past 15 months?

I think I might also get 2nd FP as
mine first was odne DEC 20 - 2002.

Same here, My wife received second FP notice 3/22/04 the same day they received my RFE reply. Wife and I have the same FP day. I did not receive my second FP notice. In fact, I do not know
if they sent FP to me or not.

I will go to local office with my wife to see if I can get a FP notice.

Called 1-800 4 times, it is useless.

Gc2005ca - after issuing 2nd fp notice for your wife - online msg changed or still says rfe received?

No, message is still the same for her. Mine still says rfe response received. That is why I say I do not know if they sent fp to me or not. Hopefully, I can find out by go to local office. I moved to LA 2 years ago.

My RFE is handled by officer #69. I am very frustrated as well after waiting for 992 days filed I-485 get an RFE. Below are my details
