I saw more LUD's on 09/10 09/12 09/13 09/15 with no msg change. I got email reply abt 485 denial on 09/12 I received 485 denial notice on 09/23 and Lawyer received 140 denial notices on same day. Being small organization, It looks very hard to qualify for EB1 category.

Good to know about yr approval. Let us know as soon as u get yr approval in hand. Are these all LUD's with no msg change ? I got RFE and my lawyer responded two weeks before still my status says Yr case received on 19th Nov and will take so many days.
