Can somebody point me to the area of the forum where they discuss I-140/485/RFE for L1A visa holders (Multi National Executives)

RFE received for I140 18 Nov 2004
I 140 and I 485 still pending but
EAD and AP approved last month and done Biometric last week and on way of final way.
Big RFE 15 points if you post RFE I can suggest.

Has anybody known the trends for such GC applications. I know somebody who had an approval in 09/2004 only 3 days after the response to the RFE. Both his 140/485 got approved.
Also, after filing the response. Our company has relocated within the same city. How can this affect the processing. Is there something I can do?

VSC EB1 Manager through L1A
140 ND 3/1/2005 LUD 3/7/2005
485 ND 3/1/2005 LUD 4/22/2005
EAD ND 3/1/2005 LUD 3/7/2005
AP ND 3/1/2005 LUD 3/7/2005
FP Notice rcvd 3/3/2005 and done on 4/21/2005.
Update on 4/29 : Got EAD approval yesterday and AP approval today.

Update
I have recieved 2 RFEs since 12/30/04. I recieved the other one today. Although the previous one encompassed all aspects of US entitiy's relationship with the overseas (Indian) couterpart, this one is askind for details on financials of the US entity and how was the overseas entity setup (financial terms, stock holding pattern etc.)
I'm not sure what this implies, but I'm almost on the verge of losing all hope. Thought I must share these details with fellow L1As.
It will be nice to hear from you on where your case stands currently.

Any latest update on your case after RFE ? My lawyer just replied RFE 2 weeks back...I saw msg changed on 08/22/05 and then LUD on 08/23/05 & 08/24/05...Any thing U make out of this LUDs...Is that approval on way OR another RFE ?

It's look your case will approved.
Mine was denied on 26th April 2005.
I refile I-140 and I-485 in July 2005 with correct all mistake in previous file.

Well. due to lawyer mistake I got big RFE.
All major issue like photo, org. chart. Financial statement and so many points.
RFE replied on Nov 18 2004.
After so many calls and inquiries they sent denial for i-140 and I-185 on26 April 2005.
The funny thing is we got RFE in August 2004 and we prepare documents for RFE. The same documents for L1 extension we file on Oct 24, 2004.
I got L1 extension in ONE DAY, yes one day. And we file same documents same month for RFE and case was denied.
Instead of challenging INS we decide to Retile I-140 and I-485(total 5 family members) in July 2005, Lets see.....
The main issue is for L1 is it shows clearly relationship between two companies. Your positing must shows as Manager or executive. Financial background of company and its look multinational.
We are small company in India we have 15 people and US we have 11 in one location.
I and wife both are owner of stocks of Indian company 100% and US company is 100% own by Indian company.
Lets see......

Hi All,
I'm glad to share the news of my 140 and 485 approvals on 9/1
This was after my 2nd RFE for 140. As usual I went to the status check web page umpteenth time and saw the LUD change on all my filings. Impatient to wait for their approval notice or email, I hunted around and found emails I could request statuses on. They confirmed 485 the same day and I recvd. 140 approval email the next day too.

I got my L1A extension approved within 1 day on 7th Sept 2005.
And then looks 485 denied on 10th Sept 2005 (Got email reply today).
Don't know yet denial reason.
Can I ask you what is the reason You choose to refile instead of remotion ?
You mentioned lawyer's mistake..Can u elobarate more ? Did u changed your lawyer now ?
