    You don\'t need OF-169 as per the new process..... as per my lawyer after contacting NVC. Also in P3 there is not a single place where they mentioned OF-169...

    what is your interviewing consulate?? If it is Montreal then you will need PCC for submission...... if it is any of the Indian consualtes then you wouldn\'t need it.... (if you have any doubts get a copy from the lawyer and look for yourself..... I saw that they specifically mentioned that not...

    New NVC cases for Jan 2002

    Case created on 1/15/2002.... Oprator said that Instruction Package will be mailed out in 2-4 weeks. Compeled packet should be mailed to st. Louis with a fee of $276 each [me and my wife]. After processing they\'ll send it back to NVC which will forward it to the consulate.

    Clarification! In fact my id is not CEEPEE. I don\'t know how this system assumed me as CEEPEE. When I posted the message it appeared under CEEPEE. I have registered as gc__waiter three months ago on this website.
