August filed 140 still waiting EB2 Category
It looks like all August case has been approved. I only see Nov. case discussion. But why my August case still waiting? Anybody with ND AUGUST still waiting?- 140denied

Advice: get a good lawyer(how???)
My lawyer made the mistake and cost me waiting for a long time. My case filed on AUGUST 2001 and still no information yet. I told my lawyer VSC could misplaced my files but she didn\'t listen to me and keep saying VSC is processing my file. And I asked how did she know, SHe said she is a...- 140denied

LIFO(Last in First out problem) secrets in INS
I guess why INS doing LIFO is because some officers who is not doing their work or doing their work slowly. So it is just like a lucky or not. IF you have a good officer who is hard working, you are lucky to have your case approved earlier than others whose ND is well before your case. If...
