August filed 140 still waiting EB2 Category

It looks like all August case has been approved. I only see Nov. case discussion. But why my August case still waiting? Anybody with ND AUGUST still waiting?

Well I have been waiting as well. u may want to contact ur attorneyto find out whats going on. in my case the attorney screwed up by applying for 140 WITHOUT lca. now my case is stuck and i have been told that it will be another 3-4 months before i get a decision.

I think he is talking about Labor certification.
LCA is for H1 and LAbor certfication is for 140

And yes Labor certification is a must for I 140 except for EB1 and few other catogories
 
DOL is very easy to comunicate with compared to INS

The attorney should call DOL, verify when the LC was sent out and what address was used. If it was lost you have a problem since DOL will not issue a duplicate to the attorney.
