Any information that you have mentioned on N-400 and it has changed after the interview, you have to take the documentation for that. Also, any travel document that you were given, you have to surrender that too. CD

Yes, you have to submit the original Nat. cert. with the passport application. Make some copies before you turn your application in. As far as duplicate is concerned, I am sure you have to fill some sort of form out and pay fee for it. CD

Not to discourage you but I know someone who was sent back from the Port of Entry. INS MAY not allow you to deliver your child in USA if You are not an American Citizen.

ChicagoDoc, Congratulation to you on passing the interview. Hopefully, you dont have to wait for too long to get your oath letter. It is taking anywhere from 1-4 weeks to get it and then they schedule it in around 2-3 weeks. Hang on tight, it is almost over. CD

I think she have to spend 18 months out of 36 in US. Also, you have to make sure that she is in US every 6 months otherwise she will disrupt her continuous residency. If the Child is born to atleast one USC, then he/she is eligible for USC. I believe you have to file N-600 but I may be wrong...

A friend of mine has applied from DC in Oct 2002 and he was interviewed in Nov 2003. This year may be a little faster since it is election year. Good luck to all. CD

RSV, I think they need all the immigration documents such as Passport to verify your trips in case you took one after the interview. As far as my information is concerned, all you need is your green card and Drivers license ( may be your passport for id). Let me know what you think?? CD
