My I-140 has ND of 7/20/01 but never had response. I called INS today and the lady told me, "your case is in review". Sounds like one of status in their system, but does anybody know what this means?

Holi, I agree with you, but... I agree with you, and I also want to stay in TSC, even TSC is slower than VSC. But my lawyer said I-485 is based on Residence, which is true. But I also see other case who lives in Chicago, which spoused in NSC, and filed all the way through VSC and just got I-485...
