Which Service centre i should send it to ?

I am residing in NJ state which comes under Vermont service centre juridisction. I just like to confirm that I can send my I-485/EAD/AP application to vermont service centre.
 
Where to file?

I also live in NJ, but my I-140 was filed\Approved in TSC since my company in Atlanta. Can I switch to VSC? What could be the problems i.e: any paper work needed between two centers?

I would stay in TSC since this involves file transfer..........

from TSC to VSC and could cause further delay due to file misplaced, delayed in mail etc. I am saying this on basis of msg I have been reading on this board about people whose file was received late at the center and thus the late processing of case.
Do you wanna check with your lawyer ????
 
Holi, I agree with you, but...

I agree with you, and I also want to stay in TSC, even TSC is slower than VSC. But my lawyer said I-485 is based on Residence, which is true. But I also see other case who lives in Chicago, which spoused in NSC, and filed all the way through VSC and just got I-485 approved. It seem still confusing.
 
same center

The I140 approval notice should have smth about 485 filing. Mine says to file to the same service center (VSC).
