485 receipt won\'t help You do not have to show 485 receipt. Actually fewer companies are concerned with your receipt. What they need to know is if you are really an adjustee, and--most important, if you have an EAD.

I filed EAD together with 485 in Oct 2001. Received FP notice but not yet EAD. Anyone at the same boat?

Ignore everything but keep well your GC GC is all what you need. H1B means nothing to you, so does your concerned RFE.

They arrange the FP dates based on the states,or any date of PD, RD or ND? Anybody has idea? Please.

Do as follows: Go to your local INS (not vermont) office with your EAD and 485 receipt. You will get it right on the day. Good luck.

You will get them soon... Because you received EAD and AP receipts that are always based on 485.

You do not have to do anything, since your 485 is pending. A pending 485 means you are in status. Do not worry about anything.
