    Got an email for both mine and my wife's cases that welcome notices are sent. To give you my story: Came to US in 2000 (ROW). First EB2 RIR case submitted in May 2001 in California. After 2 years of waiting got notice that case got remanded with all other CA employment cases in 2003...

    FBI response for FOIPA request

    It's a standard template. Your main record is clear. NC goes against it with addition of all references. Now you can use this response as an attachment to your letter to officials or WOM.

    Anyone with recent consecutive LUD's still waiting?

    Same here, waiting - LUDs 8/22, 8/23 (i-485, EB2, ROW, RD Dec.2005). Everything is cleared (NC from FBI and USCIS side in May 2005, FP2 on 8/22, i-140 on 05/30/2006).

    Congratulations! I have similar case to yours: EB2 PERM RD. Sep 2005, PERM Adj. Dec.2005 I140/485 RD - Dec.2005 FP1 Feb.2006 I140 adj. May, 30 2006 FP2: scheduled Aug. 22, 2007 NC cleared May. 2007 I485 - ? So far 2 EADs/APs.

    LUD on Approved I-140

    LUD on I-140 7/10. Then couple of LUDs for i-485 (only primary) last one on 7/26. Received 2nd FP notice today (both primary and dependent). NC results received early May 2007 for primary, Feb. 2006 for dependent.
