BTW Labor one of the responses I got calling TSC after fingerprinting was that my case was waiting to be assigned to an officer.
Got an email for both mine and my wife's cases that welcome notices are sent.

Came to US in 2000 (ROW). First EB2 RIR case submitted in May 2001 in California. After 2 years of waiting got notice that case got remanded with all other CA employment cases in 2003...

It's a standard template. Your main record is clear. NC goes against it with addition of all references. Now you can use this response as an attachment to your letter to officials or WOM.
Same here, waiting - LUDs 8/22, 8/23 (i-485, EB2, ROW, RD Dec.2005).
Everything is cleared (NC from FBI and USCIS side in May 2005, FP2 on 8/22, i-140 on 05/30/2006).

LUD on I-140 7/10. Then couple of LUDs for i-485 (only primary) last one on 7/26. Received 2nd FP notice today (both primary and dependent). NC results received early May 2007 for primary, Feb. 2006 for dependent.
