All - our FP is scheudled for 10/8. In the meantime, we'd filed our apps for renewing bith EADs and APs (originally due to expire in December). The apps were filed at the end of August and were approved within 2 weeks on 9/16.

Is there anyone on this forum whose application was received by the VSC on 8/21/03? I don't see any approvals for 8/21, although I see a few for 8/20 and some for after 8/21. Wondering what the special case with 8/21 might be. Any ideas?

Has anyone with the above-mentioned EAC # or ND rec'd their 140 approval from the VSC yet? I tend to agree with the posting about RFE's triggering responses and this being unfair to the rest of us. Not that there is any logic in anything that the BCIS does, this seems profoundliy illogical.
