EB 3 - 140 approved, no RFE
EAD and AP valid till December, which means it's about time to renew now.

I still do not have an FP notice. Any idea when the VSC last issued FP notices for? Is there a way to find out? I know that a late FP notice may be good, however, without even a single FP completed, there is no way that the 485 will even be looked at.

Same in our case. EB2 I-140 approved after RFE in Nov 03. But no FP yet.

Don't worry, you will get FP notices, soon. My 485 ND - 2nd week of May 2003 and got 1st FP in first week of Mar 2004.
