Just curious to know why some DO offers same day oath, which is very good, while some don't. According to a forum member, in Boston, you have to wait 3 month after the interview to get the oath.

Could you give more detail how did you get the traffic tickets information from DMV and online? I thought going to the courts (I have several tickets)but it would be nice if I could do it online or DMV.

You should ask BCIS to correct it. File form I90, and you do not need to pay the filing fee, because it's BCIS's error. Check "Administrative error" as the reason for your filing.
Since most of us is going to apply for citizenship this year and hopefully could get the US passport within several months. So we actually don't care about FP GC holders any more. God bless us all!
