Hi All, We got our 485 approval notices today and unfortunately my wife's I94 is missing. We do have a copy of her I94. Is it possible to get the PP stamped with the I94 copy. And also if we apply for I94 how long will it take? Thanks in advance for your response.

Called the toll free number but the rep said I have to wait 60 days after they received the RFE before I can initiate a inquiry.

292641, I also applied for AP and my RD was 11/10/03.. received RFE in June(for the same reason) and INS received the response on 06/28/04 but no word of approval. What date your RFE has been received by INS? Thanks

rawager Thanks for your reply. We do have a copy of her I94 record. But I think the only problem is if INS want to look at the original one. We are waiting for our AOS applications to be approved. Do they look at the I-94 while stamping the passport after the GC has been approved? thanks

Unfortunately my wife lost her I-94 card. Is it a serious concern? If it is, is there a way we can apply for a duplicate? We are currently waiting for our AOS applications to be approved. Your help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

RD2426, I am not sure whether my attorney attached a copy of company B's 140 when he applied for 485. But I am sure he didn't filed my 485 based on company A's 140 because he has no clue about company A before applying for 485(he is comapny B's lawyer). thanks
