GC stamping without I94

Hi All,

We got our 485 approval notices today and unfortunately my wife's I94 is missing. We do have a copy of her I94. Is it possible to get the PP stamped with the I94 copy. And also if we apply for I94 how long will it take?

My wife went for stamping end of August. She didnt have the I-94 nor the copy. They didnt ask anything. So dont worry about it. Dont even mention it to them unless they ask you. Shouldnt be a problem

Thanks for your reply. When was your wife's 485 approved and when did she got stamped? Which BCIS office did she go for PP stamping?

In the approval notice they clearly mentioned about I94 right? But still they didn't ask for it? What are the documents she took with her?

I know I am asking too many questions and some of them you already answered. This is because I am very nervous and want to be very sure. As you have gone through the same process I know you will understand.

Newark office is my local BCIS office.
