I tried to get the earlier FP done but I failed. So I went there as sheduled. I don't think you need to be present at the exact time as sheduled, just show on that date. There are many people there, anyway, you need to wait online.

Tata, you need to do something, don't just wait. It is absolutely not normal to wait for a 2nd FP notice after 2 years. Contact your senator or your congressman as soon as possible.
