Congressman does make sense

I got my 2nd FP notice today, the finger print is scheduled on 04/23/04.

I believe the Congressman Office really made sense. Even I called INS many times, it looked like my case has never been touched before I contacted Congressman Office. After I contacted Congressman Office and they promised me to call INS, I got some progess as the INS officer said "We are working on your case now, everything is fine". They never said that before.

In March 1st or around this date, the Congressman called my husband and said Newark office is scheduling my 2 FP and I would be able to receive the notice within 30 days.

Now I got it!

So, if your case is really delayed, Congressman Office would help.
