I got my green card approved on 04/30/2004. But last year i also applied for canadian permanent resident visa under skilled worker category for backup option. Now i am confused wheather i should continue with canadian visa process or not . can i keep canadian permanent residence status along...

what documents did you take along with you ? Is there a specific day for stamping ?

My rd is 02/08/02 and nd 02/25/02. Done 2nd FP on 02/22/2004 and still waiting . But i do have a file for EAC02118 series which i run everyday and see trend of 4 to 5 feb cases being approved . So may be our approval soon !

Please tell me who gets rfe and if only lawyer gets rfe then do we need to fill any form which will keep lawyer out of process. As i have left my employer and his lawyer is not cooperative. Thanks in Advance

We got duplicate 485 reciept because our lawyer did not give that to us purposely. And we called vsc call center and told that we lost our copy could you please send that they did it with all old and original details. But you need to tell them alien registration number .
