jambalakadi, I already posted my info on rupnet (with Stel Fan) Iguess and here with title I 485 Approved RD June 17, ND July 03, 02. All of us are EB2 and RIR cases and all of us are non concurrent filing. Hope I answered your question. I don't their exact dates.

Since they have asked for only employment letter just provide one. Search for employment letter in this forum. I think you don't need to provide any W2 or Pay stubs. May me wait till monday to get any aditional info. good luck

If a company (mostly desi) doesn't give a experience letter it doesn't matter as long as your coworker in that company gives you a letter that will suffice.
