They accepted the finger print. Thank you jacquelina. Your instructioned to reach the USCIS office really helped. The entire process took 30 mins for me and my wife. Hopefully I receive card soon.

Better to stick with one Congressman/Senator I contacted my local congressman and senator. My congressman office came to know that another congressional office also making status check. I think TSC won't encourage duplicate status checks from more than one congressional office

Koenig, I hope you get your finger print notice soon. Otherwise go along with your wife and request to give FP at ASC. If it is Charlotte office, the chances are very good.

I am also exactly in same boat except my ND is 4/18/2003 EB2 ND 4/18/2003 for Both 140& 485 FP2 12/18/04 LUD 12/23/04. AD hopefully soon

I was in same situation. I contacted my local congressman. TSC sent another FP notice to my new address in 10 days. Try contacting your local congressman or senator

I got my early FP done (12/18) without any problems. Charlotte office is very friendly and i got it done without any problem even though there is huge crowd on that day I suggest you go after 11PM to get early FP. ASC will be closed on 12/25/04 and 1/1/05
