Myself and my wife did early finger prints on 12/18/04 (1/13/05) at charlotte ASC. I contacted local congressman. They received the following response from TSC

His fingerprints are ok but hers were unclassifiable. She will need to
be fingerprinted again.


My question, can my wife goto Charlotte ASC and request for another finger print with photo copy of her original finger print notice.

Please let me know if any one did re-finger print with old finger print notice.

I have just called the service idiots about my case- unrelated, but they have just told me that only an original would work for refingerprinting.
However, being as the Charlotte people are so nice, I would try if I were you.

BTW, did you get info about frints being unclassibale from USCIS or FBI?

I received this message from TSC. Actually congressman office received this message when enquired about my I140 status
 
We got our fingerprintds done on the basis of a faxed copy of the notification from our lawyer as we never received the original.
 
We are going to try at Charlotte ASC with photo copy of finger print notice.
Please share your experience
 
FP office in Charlotte is very nice and they try to help you.
If you can not do it in Charlotte then no where!!.
