Stuck in Name check too
I was told that the dependant cannot get approval until the primary is approved.
We got notice to do our fingerprint in May. 2nd fp. Since our PD is current, we called the customer service number. They just said pending but cannot give more info. So we made an...
Thanks JustWatching
JustWatching,
My best wishes to you! Your tracking system is a master piece. It is the most comprehensive and informative info. I can find regarding the labor certification progress. Thanks so much!
I'm so glad we have mvinays and mdwatch to take over the torch.
PBEC approval
I just got an email from our HR that my long waited LC has been certified. Lawyer doesn't have the hard copy yet. I'm not sure then how he came to know.
Here is my case info. Guys hang in there. The light is getting bright at the end of the tunnel now.

Any approvals from Philly?
Have not heard many approvals (except just one non-rir) from PBEC? Any approvals in the recent couple of weeks. PBEC seems to keep a pace of one case per month now.
Per earlier insider info. provided by gurus like April, PBEC process regular and RIR cases in different queues. A couple of months ago, we knew that PBEC was processing 2001 -2002 cases for RIR and 2003 cases for Regular. So this is not that unusual. We got to be clear on what type of case it is.
Calm down. Being stuck with the LC process for 3.5 years myself, I understand your anxiety. But I'm sure PBEC is not done with sending out 45 day letters. My friend just got his 45 letter 2 weeks ago. His PD is Feb.2003! I don't know why your friend gets the letter before you. PBEC is known for...
saknia got a point
As many of the old timers of this forum including me has said before, please try to keep your comments related to this forum's focus. After all the forum's name is PBEC tracking. Thats the whole point of having so many different forums right? -- So that people can discuss...
45 day letter received
My friend received 45 day letter yesterday. Nov.28. Case detail:
EB2, RIR
PD: Feb.2003
SWA: DC
Never made it to regional
Currently with PBEC.
I believe there still plenty people with 2002 pd in PBEC. My PD is july 2002. There is no trend in PBEC. Only thing predictable is that it almost doesn't move. Justwatching has a tracker where you can see the summaries and kind of guess on the "trend". Here is the link...
This is what I can think of:
Many people are planning to leave the country because of this looong painful delay. These people are young, professional contributors to the economy and social security. A speedy process would enable them to stay in US permanently. These people will help make up...
Where did you see Dec.2003 cases being approved in PBEC? The problem with PBEC is it is not processing. That is my point. I don't think we can control how PBEC works. You can come up with as many methods as possible on how the system should be used, how the cases should be processed one by one...
No. PBEC is definitely SLOW. VERY SLOW. Incosistency exists in both DBEC and PBEC. But I think we all agree that whoever landed in DBEC is much luckier. Because they see a better hope that their case will be approved in the next few months. Why, because DBEC is so muhc faster. They don't follow...
