Please see what happened in my case (although in mine it was the primary that was sent back to VSC). My guess from all that was said to me is that your I-485 will be sent back to VSC.

Tommyi485, This is just the standard form for your EAD. It's neither good nor bad ... it's just routine. My EAD interview form was identical. So yes, it is an interview (a quick one), but it's not hte interview you have been waiting for. It will be OK. Just take the stuff they want...

Dash1, You are OK. I had a similar issue when I had to go to court because my dog was off leash in Central Park. It's the same level as open container (violation). I spoke with my lawyer about it at that time ... he virtually laughed at me. Don't worry about it.
