Agree with you 100% This should be the only thread for Arlington cases... My case was approved 14 May, stamped 21st May... No news on plastic card, even the message online says same on May 14th you case.....blah blah blah... Almost_there :) I think, but with BCIS you never know :)

contact BCIS I think they state on the RFE that we will update you with the response in 60-90 days and just call them or write a letter... but your best bet is BCIS No attorney can do anything at this stage. my 2 cents

good_wait You will be ok, My 6 years of H1B expired march 2002 and nothing changed for me. I did not go out of the country but continue to work. Case got approved May2003. Nothing changes except if you want to go out of country you have to use AP and to change job after 6 months under AC21...

vijayrc I am not aware of other details but know if you use AP then it voids your H1 I-9 has nothing to do this as it stays with company's HR unless Labor department ask for it. (sure about this too, as i did not fill I-9 after getting approved) my .02 cents

linkslinks I don't think it matters... If you are with company "A" and under AC21 you change your employer to say "B". Once you are approved you can move to employer "C" or even before that. Reason... intent of staying with your sponsored employer who was "A" (you left him way back) as when...
