Guys,

Need help, I need to go to Arlington Office to get finger print taken and stamped on passport. I need know what is the procedure after getting over there.

I have some questions about stamping.
1. I-94. I have several ones, original one when I entered US first time; on H-1B approval notice. Which one BCIS need?
2. I 485 address does not match driver license’s. I am living in Maryland. I informed MVA for address change. Do you think I need to get a new driver license? Do you think it will cause problems when stamping?
3. Do I need bring original H-1B approval notice?

1. You are suppose to return I-94 to airliner while going out of country. Seems like you never did that or you never went on vacation after coming US.

2. Driver license address does not matter they need an I.D.

3. Yes you will need your H1 notice, Advance parole if any, EAD if ever applied, 2 ADIT pictures and a valid passport (ALL ORIGINAL, as they keep it)
