I have requested transcripts, but BCIS need copies of tax return, I don't think transcripts will work. If can not get the copy, before the reply date, will use transcripts, and includes tax return for 2003.

Have a good chance back to home country for a long term assignment (maybe years). My I485 case is still pending, ND: 12/19/01, RD: 12/27/01. I guess this assignment may not affect my I485 case, however, not sure if there's any negative effect when apply for citizenship later on. Any thought...

If arnold call off the bill to issue driver licenses to those Fence Jumpers, the BCIS will not divert the limited resource to it. which means more resource might be put on I485. make sense? just my guess.

Any one know why FP will expire. Does human FP change over time? I think it's stupid to redo FP. Even if some criminals may forge it, they won't be caught by process. and I believe 99.99% of the applicants are good people.:confused:
