I think it is OK to change the job with NIW pending. As a matter of fact, I know two guys who applied NIW while in PhD study (before they actually got their PhD) and left the university before the approval of their NIW applications. Now, they all got their NIW approved.

Hi all: I am now in J1 and just got the waiver approved. An employer is filing H1 for me. But I have I-140, I-485, and I-765 pending. Does anyone have similar situation? Do you know what influence those pending petition have on the H1 applicaiton? Thank you in advance for your reply.
