Apply new H1 while I140 and I485 pending

Hi all:
I am now in J1 and just got the waiver approved. An employer is filing H1 for me. But I have I-140, I-485, and I-765 pending. Does anyone have similar situation? Do you know what influence those pending petition have on the H1 applicaiton? Thank you in advance for your reply.

I think it is not a prob. I applied my I-140 in July then I-485/765 in Oct. meanwhile I applied H1 for different company in Aug, Finally got approved on Mar 03rd and also I got EAD on Jan 28th.

I came to US also on J1 and same like you pending 140and 485 but EAD and AP approved and also FP done. I am waiting for EB1OR approval my ND is may2002, donot know when will be through. I changed to H1B just recently as a backup to be on the safe side because you never know how long its going to take to actually have the GC in hand. hope this helps.
yours is which category? EB1-OR or EA or NIW
