No LUD Updates since FP1 I have submitted both code1 and code 2 FP (code 1 in Nov 2004 and code 2 in Aug 2005) but they havent even updated my information regarding code 1 FP receival. Is that typical and if not, what do I need to do to get the info updated? Any suggestions?

My I140 was also approved in April but still waiting on I485 (EB2).

Labor approved I just want to let you all know that my labor has been certified. Its RIR application. submitted to the state in March 2002, been transferred to federal in January 2004 and was certified in August 2004.

Whats happening with the Federal labor? Federal RIR is stuck at October 2003 for last couple of months. Anybody knows the reason?

As I said earlier, my RIR application was transferred to USDOL on Jan 15th. My PD was march 8th 2002. But My lawyer has not received any letter confirming. Is anybody in the same boat?

Just found out that my app was transferred to the SF dol on Jan 15th. My lawyer didnt receive any official letter yet but he got this info when he contacted the labor dept in WA.

Thats great news! My PD was March 1st week but I havent heard anything from labor. I guess its time to bother my attorney. What was your field and number of years experience, if you dont mind me asking. Thanks

There are some states such as MAssachussets, Illinois, WIsconsin and few in mid west, utah, oregon where labor is getting quicker than Seattle. Anybody from civil engineering ?
