I am going thru an interview for a job in Minneapolis. currently I am working in seattle and labor is going thru but looks like its going to take anothe 11-12 months. How long does it take in Minneapolis to get labor, I-140, and I-485 approved? let me know if you have any details. Also, could you give me some info on a good lawyer in Minnesota. Thanks

If you file under RIR process it takes anywhere from 2-3 months to get your labor cleared and another 3-4 months for I-140 and approximately a 12-15 months for your I-485. The total time period would be around 2-3yrs untill you get your green card.
 
Can anyone suggest any consultanting Company in MN State. I would like to transfer my h1 and apply for my GC from there. I am currently in a project in SFO. It is a long term project. My email Id is kavita_m_jain@yahoo.com.
