This means all your file is clear and you just needs approval so you cant get any RFE.

Also my lawyer raised an AILA inquiry which came back with the same wait for 30-45 days

Thanks I sent emails to the senators but nothing happened. I did contact the Congress Man and he always raised queries to USCIS ( 3 times) and they always sent an answer and last time they asked to wait for 3 weeks (today is the end of third week), but nothing has happened so far

Chances There are only 11 approvals , since April 1 2008, out of the 37 cases that we are tracking. What are the chances that remaining 26 cases will be approved before End Of May. Any thoughts??

I agree with you nidday. I have had the most difficult 32 days from April 1 since 2002.

Called NSC Just called NSC and asked them about LUDs and the officer said that the memo states that the cases should be approved only by Feb 2009. So dont know what's the deal with "with an Officer for Review" or the couple of LUDs. that happened last week. Should I still keep my hopes...

congrats gc0789, The officer at NSC told me the exact same thing , NC cleared, Review with an officer and also verified my address and asked me if i changed the address BUT I am still waiting for approval. When did you call and when did you get approval ? I also asked if he could expedite...

I went to infopass and they said everything is clear and wanted me to write to NSC and find out the reason for delay. Congressman replied that the case is with officer and wait for 3 weeks. I have waited for 6 years, I dont care 3 more weeks but the Q is , would this 3 weeks be any different
