I am EB2 - applied for 485 while I140 (WAC02111xxxxx) was still pending (concurrent) I140 got approved in April 2003. I485 RD was 22nd Oct 2002, ND 22nd oct 2002, The RFE response was received by INS on 24th May 2004 and 2nd fingerrints on 14th may 2004.

I was checking my status and it seems that the I485 for my wife and kid has been approved (last updated 5/28/2004) while mine hasn't (last updated 5/25/2004)..both my wife and kids were derivative applicaitons. :confused: I am assuming mine should be approved in a few days.. WAC...

Does anyone have experience of obtaining second EAD after using AC21 to change jobs. I am concerned that with the confusion about AC21, the local office may refuse to issue iEAD.. Any thoughts would be helpful.. rgds :confused:

I am being told that my case is with an officer since November so don't read too much into it and best option is to wait it out.. rgds

I took a filled I765, EAD and 485 receipts, passport and that was about all..plan to be there by 6 and you can hopefully get out by 10/10:30.. The officer was nice..no issues really..

looks like my suspicion was right.. I140 with LC substitution is like 2 I140s -- they check you and they check the person whose LC is being used.. anyway, there is nothing we can except wait.. rgds

looks like cases stop progressing after RFE. While one is happy for people who are getting their I140 approved, the wait is quite frustating..My lawyer keeps telling me it is going to get adjudicated and is with an INS officer and than he will say it is gone for security check..bottom line is...
