I was checking my status and it seems that the I485 for my wife and kid has been approved (last updated 5/28/2004) while mine hasn't (last updated 5/25/2004)..both my wife and kids were derivative applicaitons.

I am assuming mine should be approved in a few days..

I am EB2 - applied for 485 while I140 (WAC02111xxxxx) was still pending (concurrent) I140 got approved in April 2003.

I485 RD was 22nd Oct 2002, ND 22nd oct 2002,

The RFE response was received by INS on 24th May 2004 and 2nd fingerrints on 14th may 2004.
