Address change Actually I didn\'t do anything but call my lawyers and ask them to change address at INS. If I\'m not mistaken I think they called INS and did it. We changed address on 08/20/01 and got the approval mailed on Aug 28th to the new address. Sincerely, Rajesh.

I have received my plastic card on 07/23; pp stamped at newark on 05/16; changed address by calling VSC on 07/12; AVM message changed on 07/18 I received the card at my new address (As far as I can tell, there\'s no form of markings on the envelope that would tell post office not to forward.)

No Title Yes you can. I just got my I-551 stamped (with courtesy copy); Went around 7:30 AM and out by 11:00 AM (Details of the procedure same as the original posting)
