In January my wife and I went for naturalization interview. Both of our IO's were very professional and we were done by five minutes. We were told we passed the interview and will get the oath taking letter soon. My wife got her letter beginning of February and she has finalized the oath...
Thanks for the clarification. I did go through the FAQ and other resources about N-400 process. Don't recall direction about separate application for husband and wife. It does make sense though. Thanks again.

Actually I got the complete application back with the check. I send only one N-400 form with spouses information in Part 8. Do we need to send two separate N-400 form? Thanks,
M
My spouse and I got our GC in 2004 through my employment based application. Now we are applying for Naturalization. Aren't we suppose to apply in the same N-400 form or do we have to have separate forms? Could you please explain. thanks,
M
I sent my citizenship application to Lewisville, Texas last month. Recently my complete application was returned with priority date of August, 2009. The notice said that the check amount is incorrect or has not been provided and asked me to resubmit.
I applied for myself and my spouse. With...

I posted this comment previously in another forum
I know a person who changed job just one month after approving his I-485, around two years back. There was no AC-21 system at that time. Now with the AC-21 law a lot of people changes job before the approval of their GC. Many of them even don't...

Around two months back I got my GC approval. Our company's situation become somewhat shaky recently. Very recently I got some good offer. I would like to know what would be the safe time to stay with my current employer and then switch to a job and will not considered as risk. As a note I am...
I personally know two people who changed their job just after getting their GC (two years back). Their job was shaky at the time and the new job responsibility is same as before. I never heard they are remorsing about their decision. On the other hand some people consider minimum six months stay...
