Guys, RFE generated on 7/9 and IGATE People say not received yet. Any Idea how long it takes? Specifically how long does IGATE take to get it? It is sick to wait so long and then get an RFE after all. RD 5/1 ND 7/16 FP 10/21

Call IIO again May be it will help. My RD is 5/1 and ND is 7/16. Nothing has happened yet. But, one IIO told me case is with officer about a month back.

You cant renew before 6 months. In your case you can send only in November of 2002. Not before that. It should be easy. Just send it with the money and they will renew it.

Apply for 485 without medical This will make sure you get an RFE. You need to delay the adjudication a bit and this might help.
