hello, I just want to update on our case. My wife entered u.s without any problem. we showed AP, i-485 approval to the officer at POE. We were then asked to goto secondary inspection and there we got i-94 card. no questions asked. thanks for your responses..

I've contacted an attorney and provided all the information about the case. even the attorney hasn't heard such a weird scenario as one travelling without stamping after knowing that the greencard is approved. I'll update you all what they says.
