my july rd was approved on March 18th, 2002. So the processing dates what they release, I suppose might be following certain criteria to report on.

AVM changing .......... Checked AVM on March 18th. Old message "processing resumed". checked during afternoon BUT NOT IN THE NIGHT. On March 19th, case approved on March 18th.

AVM info... FP done on Feb 12th, 2002. On the same day results sent to FBI. On Feb 14th, 2002 heard results received and case processing resumed. After approval, AVM changed to This case has been approved on March 18th.

Do not call IIO too often... After hearing AVM (approval message), I called IIO to make sure it is approved. The first thing he said was "Did you call 6 days ago!!! ah! its now approved." They keep a note of calls made to IIO. NOT to AVM.
