Guys what\'s going on at VSC. My friend\'s september case is approved on April 2nd at CSC

Please change yr heading to clearly say CSC to avoid confusion

CSC has been ahead of VSC for some time now

my july rd was approved on March 18th, 2002.

So the processing dates what they release, I suppose might be following certain criteria to report on.
