My sister obtained a B1 visa for business trip 2 years back. The Visa stamped was 10 year B1/B2 multiple entry. She now wants to visit for tourism/ visit family. Can she use the same B1/B2 visa or does she have to reapply for tourist visa? Thanks for your help.

You don't need H1 Once you have your EAD - you dont really need an H1b extension. Neither does your wife need H4 extension. You can travel and return on your AP - why even bother to get H1 B stamped in India, you'll have to go through an interview at the consulate to get it - seems unneccesary...

Same thing... With all case numbers, message is the same, it says access to online case status has been denied due to too many inquiries!

SAI4567 Sai - My wife is in the same situation, I checked with my lawyer, they said it is not a problem as long as H4 remains valid you can travel abroad and back on H4. She is in India right now, she hasn't come back yet but is planning to come back on her H4 (NOT on the AP).
