Hi, I just got an email approval for my case. Rd:09/2002 FP1: 10/2002 FP2: 04/2004 RFE:06/2004 AD: 09/14/2004 When I get the notice, can I go directly to get my passport stamped? What do I need to bring to get my passport stamped.

I sent my RFE on 08/19/2004. I am waiting for the approval. My lawyer told me I should hear from them in a month.

It is my first time to contact senator office. The senator is Rep. Michael Capuano. I do not know if it is good or not. But I guess they at least touch the case. Hopefully after this RFE, i can get approval soon.

I contact the senator office this morning. I get a call 2 hours late and say that VSC is sent a RFE for additional information. I am amazed how quick their response is. Are they just sending RFE for delaying the process? Do you think it is a good sign?

Hi, my Rd 09/12/02. I did my second FP on March 18. my online message is changing every day since March 25. Today it is said April 3 2004, the result of finger printing is receid ..... Is it wrong with their computer system, do you think I need to make an inqury to INS?
