2nd FP received-Sep.2002

Category does not matter

If you check on Rupnet, you can see there are more EB3,EB2 approvals than EB1 for SEPT 2002 cases.

Just a thought : Does BCIS do more research/background check for categories EB1 and EB2 - to prove that beneficiary is really eligible for the filed category??

No one knows how BCIS handles our cases.
 
My online message just update:
on march 24,2004, the results of finger printing is received. The process is resumed etc..

I wonder how long it will take to get approval after 2nd FP. I hope it comes soon. !!
