Has anyone applied for AP at VSC lately? We sent in our applications last week, and got the receipt today. Just checked the status online, and the message says "it now takes 150 to 180 days to precess such application". Does it really take that long to get AP?

We took our photos at the local Foto Fever store (in Madison), and it was accepted for EAD & AP. I was told that Sears also do passport photos.

I-140/NIW Just checked online, and found out a RFE has been sent out for my case (yeah, after waiting for about 21 months). Not sure what they are asking for. Will update once RFEis received. Alan99:eek:

NIW There are two approvals posted under the National Interest Waiver forum. One has a ND of 7/17/02, and the other is 7/19/02. So, they ARE working with July/2002 cases now. Hopefully, my case will be cleared soon (Before May ?) Alan, NIW/ND: 08/01/02

2002 cases I am sure there are quite some 2002 cases still untouched. Most of them are EB1/EB2, I guess. But, could EB1 and EB2 make up 30-40% of all the applications? Alan
