ton_ton, do u mean that we have to send original W2s? i just sent copies to my lawyer, and she didn't mention about the original at all. Hope not screwed by the lawyer. Thanx, JAurora

I was in similar situation. Got my 2nd FP early Dec. and got it done mid Dec. Then early Jan., my spouse got the 2nd FP, and I also got second 2nd FP notice scheduled on Feb. 5. I'm kind of ignoring this second 2nd FP JAurora

Yes. The first 2nd FP notice I got was on a white paper(may be a courtesy copy?). And I also got a separate 2nd FP notice on normal INS paper issued and scheduled on a different date. I did my 2nd FP with the white paper notice without problem, and ignored the other notice. Thanx, JAurora

Jun, I sent my document to my lawyer only, and they're still working on it before replying to BCIS. And yes, after my 2nd FP is done, the message changed from RFE sent to FP received. BTW, is it explicitly requesting 2003 W2 in your RFE? Thanks, JAurora
