RFE Issued on 08/26 My case EB2-India RD Jan 10 (LIN02085*****) recd RFE on 08/26 as per online BCIS case status . My husband recd RFE too. :) Happy to see some movement.

MY I-131 was recd by BCIS NSC on May 8th 2003. The online msg says it is taking between 375 to 405 days to process this kind of case. Officially BCIS is processing May 8th. Hope to get it soon.

My RD for 485 is 1/10/2. When I did the medicals in Dec 2001 I was pregnant and couldnt take the shots, so I submitted the same with just the tests done. I can take the shots now so I asked my lawyer if I it is advisable to take the shots now and send the medical papers to INS as an attachment...
