Mine is approved

I applied my AP in April 2003 and I got it this past week. Still waiting for my EAD and the big-one (GC).

Got my wife's 2nd AP on 7/25/03(Filled 4/17/03)
 
thanks jj and vrajbhumi for your inputs. your forms were i-131? not the re-entry etc. classifications. what were your projected time frames?

wait for the big one till next year. EAD should be on it's way. Otherwise interim should work for sometime. goodluck.
 
AP Case transferred

ND 5/16/03 for wife and me
Transferred to local office on 7/30/03

Expected that to happen as 485 was transferred to loacal office last year.
 
AP approved in 2 months

For renewed Advance Parole :
RD : 5/29/03
AD : 7/29/03

Received the document (3 copies) on 8/2/03.
 
2nd ap applied in April

They sent rfe for i-140 copy sent in late MAY no reply yet. First one just expired. What to do incase of emergency? Am I an educated slave in civilized America?
 
Seth_Chamaklal you are in much better position. I applied for AP renewal in Jan (RD 1/7/03). No action so far. My first AP was approved in 6 weeks.
I am just hoping that it would see day of light before my I-485 approval.
 
Guys,

Any idea, under what grounds one can apply/get interim or emergency AP, if it is not approved in time. I have bought the tickets to travel in December and applied for AP renewal last month. I am wondering anyone can provide any info on getting interim AP?

MY I-131 was recd by BCIS NSC on May 8th 2003. The online msg says it is taking between 375 to 405 days to process this kind of case.
Officially BCIS is processing May 8th. Hope to get it soon.
 
AP Approved

My AP is approved as per online status

RD 5/21/03
ND 5/22/03
AD 8/5/03

First time application. NO RFE.
 
Received copies of my AP from my lawyer.

Please share experience of travelling outside United States on AP.
