Fingerprints cleared the same day Thanks for the FBI number. FBI customer support confirmed that my FP's were received on 8/24/09 (same day as when I went to give them) and were cleared and sent back to immigration the same day. Cheers

Can you have the affidavit faxed to you? If so, that could be used to respond to the RFE before the clock runs out. In the meanwhile, have your folks send the original by the fastest mode of transport. As always, please check with your attorney if this could be a good idea. Cheers
